Our department maintains 26 smart classrooms at the Irvine campus at the UCI Learning Center in Orange that may be requested for use in UC Irvine Extension lecture courses. All rooms come standard with these features:

Data projector
Internet access
High-powered amplified speakers
Windows XP Professional PC with USB ports, DVD-ROM drives and Microsoft Office 2007 Professional (Access, Excel, Powerpoint, Word), a web browser, and basic utilities software (FTP, unzip, telnet, etc.)

User installation, modification, or removal of software is not allowed. Contact us regarding any special needs.

WPersonal laptop in UXH rooms must be registered with main computing to enable Internet access
